Educare Springfield partners with Springfield Public Schools and Square One to implement our learning model to the highest standards. Our enrollment specialists are able to determine eligibility by reviewing required documentation and conducting a personal intake interview with each family.

If you’d like to get started, you will need:


• Records of your child’s current physical and immunizations and Age Verification of child (child’s birth certificate, physical/immunizations)
• Health Insurance Card
• IEP/IFSP (if applicable)
• Custody Documentation (If applicable)

AND one of the following:

• Current proof of public assistance: SSI or TAFDC letter dated within 30 days or
• Proof of family income for the past year including: paystubs, tax return, W-2’s, letter from employer, child support statement or notarized letter (dated within 30 days) or
• Proof of homelessness or foster care
